Gardening Day: Holywell Cemetery

Volunteers gather to help maintain Holywell Cemetery, a tranquil green space in Oxford, followed by an optional pub lunch.

On the second Saturday of the month, a group of volunteers meets at Holywell Cemetery to help maintain this quiet green space, described as one of Oxford's best kept secrets. Participants gather at 10am with gloves and suitable clothing and work to enhance the cemetery. Afterwards there is an opportunity for a pub lunch, and those planning to join are asked to email the organisers in advance.
