Body Boosting Bingo is an active take on the classic game: instead of simply marking numbers, players carry out movements designed to improve balance and strength. Sessions can be done seated or standing, making them suitable for all abilities. The activity runs weekly on Mondays at 1pm at the Boomerang Community Centre, with dates listed through December, and booking is required.
