An Introduction To Japanese Cookery

Prepare ramen, sushi, miso-glazed aubergine and pickled vegetables, then share a Japanese meal. Adult classes are for ages 15 and over; 15–17-year-olds must be accompanied by a paying adult. Ingredients, equipment and aprons are supplied, and the booked duration includes demonstrations, cooking and time to eat. Only participating guests can attend; spectators and waiting companions cannot be accommodated. At Islington, arrive at least 15 minutes before class; there is no waiting area for early arrivals.
