Adult Ballet (Inter/Adv)

An adult classical ballet class focused on movement and technique, coordination, strength and flexibility. Weekly timetable slots: TU 19:05–20:15.

The Tuesday class is labelled intermediate/advanced. It develops classical ballet technique, coordination, strength and flexibility for adults; general adult class information specifies ages 16+. The published timetable is 19:05–20:15, a 70-minute interval. The generic adult class information describes one hour, so the programme retains the precise timetable interval and records that discrepancy.
