About
The Smyths celebrate the 40th anniversary of The Smiths' The Queen Is Dead with a greatest-hits set, supported by Billy Blagg.
The Smyths bring their 2026 tour to the Empire Middlesbrough, performing The Smiths' 1986 album The Queen Is Dead in full to mark its 40th anniversary, including songs such as There Is A Light That Never Goes Out and Bigmouth Strikes Again. The show closes with a 'Best of' set drawn from across the Smiths' back catalogue. Special guest support comes from Billy Blagg, a Billy Bragg tribute act.
