A somatic and energetic ceremony in Wytham combining embodied practice, Spinal Energetics, cacao, energy work and sound.

The Hearth is a somatic and energetic ceremony hosted by Kayleigh Hobson, bringing together embodied practice, Spinal Energetics, cacao, energy work and sound. The session is framed as a space to gather in community, reconnect with the body and make room for whatever participants arrive with. It runs for two and a half hours, with doors at 2:45 PM, and is open to adults aged 18 and over.
