About

A season-long programme of autumn activities at Gibside, including exhibitions, workshops, talks, walks and nature sessions led by expert guides.

The autumn almanac is a curated collection of autumn-themed moments across the Gibside estate, running daily from 23 October to 8 November between 10am and 4pm. Visitors can enjoy autumn décor, a self-portraits art exhibition and an autumn photography exhibition, and take part in floristry workshops, a poetry walk, the Head Gardener's talk, Apple Afternoons produce tastings, forest bathing and heritage pottery glazing. Activities are led by expert guides, with some events requiring advance booking and some carrying an additional charge.
