About
A seasonal lunch pairs wines from Piedmont’s Parusso estate with a winter menu centred on Barolo and truffles.
Guests are guided through a selection including three single-vineyard Barolos, Nebbiolo Parusso and Langhe Bianco Rovella. A seasonal menu prepared by Petersham Nurseries chefs is paired with each wine. The official Petersham Nurseries wine programme places the lunch in its Kitchen Garden Greenhouse.
