A free drop-in where parents can get advice from Healthy Families Practitioners on healthy eating, dental health, starting solids and fussy eating for young children.
Parents and carers can pop in with questions for HENRY's Healthy Families Practitioners about supporting children to develop good healthy eating and dental health habits, including starting solids and fussy eating. The session takes place on the second and fourth Monday of each month within the Play and Learn for Under-2s session at Queens Road Family Hub. It is part of the Best Start in Life programme and no booking is needed.
