BAREFACE Yoga - Mini Facelift

A face yoga workshop with SueYen Wan teaching lymphatic drainage, guasha crystal work and breathwork for a lifted, refreshed complexion.

SueYen Wan leads a two-hour workshop exploring lymphatic drainage through face yoga, aimed at relieving facial tension, puffiness and signs of aging. Participants learn a guided face yoga sequence, self-massage techniques, guasha crystal work and calming breathwork, and leave with a take-home daily ritual. No previous experience is needed and all ages are welcome; attendees should arrive with a cleansed face and bring a guasha crystal, face cloth and face oil or serum.
