Ghost History Walk in Cleethorpes

A Halloween-themed guided local history walk from Cleethorpes Library, using Lincs Inspire's archives to explore spooky local tales.

Lincs Inspire hosts a Halloween-themed local history walk starting from Cleethorpes Library, part of a series of walks also held at Waltham and Immingham libraries. A costumed guide leads a walk of around one hour through the darker corners of local streets, drawing on old newspaper reports, coroners' records, faded photographs and handed-down stories, featuring haunted inns and unexplained sightings. Afterwards the group returns to the library for more spooky tales and refreshments.
