Harvest Dosage Tasting Experience at Rathfinny

A daily harvest-season tour and tasting at Rathfinny Wine Estate where visitors trial dosage levels on a base wine and taste four Rathfinny wines.

Running daily through the harvest season, this experience invites visitors to step into the shoes of a winemaker. The session includes a walk into the vineyard, the story of the estate and its winemaking, and a hands-on trial of different dosage levels on a base wine. It finishes with a tasting of three Rathfinny sparkling wines and a Cradle Valley still wine, running 11:30 to 13:15.
