Christmas Parties 2026 at Loughborough Town Hall

Public Christmas party evenings in the Town Hall’s Victoria Ballroom combine festive food, a welcome glass of fizz and DJ entertainment. The 4, 5 and 11 December dates offer two- or three-course dinners; 12 December is a festive buffet.

The Town Hall publishes four bookable party evenings in its Victoria Ballroom: 4, 5, 11 and 12 December 2026. Arrival is at 7:15pm for food service at 7:30pm; DJ entertainment follows dinner, and the party runs until “just before midnight” (no exact end time published). On 4, 5 and 11 December, two-course tickets are £46.95 and three-course tickets £52.95. The sit-down menu offers tomato and basil bruschetta, duck liver pâté or gin-cured salmon to start; roast turkey or a wild-mushroom Wellington for the main, with sides; and Christmas pudding, chocolate yule log or chocolate truffle cake. The 12 December buffet is £39.95 and includes turkey, focaccia, roast potatoes, savoury bites, chicken, an Indian selection and salads. Guests are welcomed with a glass of fizz. A £10 non-refundable deposit per person secures a booking; tables have a maximum of ten and may be shared with another party. Guests are asked to report dietary needs when confirming their food order. Bookings close 18 November and full payment is due 25 November 2026.
