Champagne school: Montagne and Marne

Champagne specialist Ousi Li DipWSET leads two sessions exploring how vineyard sites shape Champagne's wines. The morning session covers Montagne de Reims, the heartland of ageworthy Pinot Noir, examining how aspect, altitude and chalk influence its grand cru villages. After a light lunch from Borough Market, the afternoon follows the Marne through the Vallée de la Marne, home of Pinot Meunier, tasting eight Champagnes in each session.
