About

A day of live gansey and textile demonstrations, drop-in workshops and a 3pm talk by Dr Roter Su of the “When It’s Gone It’s Gone” collective.

Demonstrations include gansey knitting, weaving, spinning, dyeing, lacemaking, embroidery, netmaking and rope and crab-pot making. The 3pm talk is presented by Dr Roter Su of the “When It’s Gone It’s Gone” collective. Museum admission includes the event; no booking is required, and talk/workshop places are first come, first served.
