Pottery Workshop: Hand Build and Decorate Your Own Mug

A hands-on evening pottery workshop at Saron Community Hall where participants hand-build and decorate their own clay mug.

Planet Janet Ceramics hosts a two-and-a-half-hour pottery taster workshop at Saron Community Hall. Jan guides participants step by step through hand building a mug, from preparing the clay to moulding, embossing and adding personal decorative touches. Finished pieces are bisque fired, coloured with an oxide wash of the maker's choice and glaze fired, ready for collection and display at home. The session is open to all ages and doors open at 5:50 PM.
