Foundational parkour classes develop movement skills, confidence and positive training habits.
The booking title specifies ages 6–9. Beginners practice jumping, crawling, climbing, rolling, swinging and vaulting. Exact published sessions end in January with a Christmas break. The venue opens five minutes before class; advance online booking required.
