A guided visit to the Little Mesopotamia arboretum explores its tree planting and wildlife habitat.
The arboretum lies between two becks and contains varied trees, pollinator planting and habitat for birds. Trustees lead the 1.5–2-hour visit; it begins at Beckermet village car park opposite the White Mare before continuing to the site by footpath and sandstone steps. The land has natural unpaved paths and no amenities; there is no wheelchair access, and dogs are not permitted.
