Ecstatic Dance UK • The Evening Sessions

Ecstatic Dance UK hosts weekly evening sessions at The Baths in Hackney, featuring live DJ sets and a non-verbal, free-form dance experience.

This is a free-form dance practice focused on connecting with oneself and others through music and movement. Sessions are non-verbal, requiring participants to arrive before the opening circle and remain until the closing circle. The event features eclectic music, ranging from ambient and meditative tracks to electronica and world music.
