Dumpling Mama

Dumpling Mama returns to Bute Yard for a three-day pop-up serving handmade pan-fried dumplings, noodle dishes and Asian sharing plates.

Dumpling Mama brings its street-food pop-up back to Bute Yard over three days, with every dumpling freshly prepared and pan-fried to order. Fillings range from traditional pork to Pork & Kimchi, the Mexican Cowboy and vegan options, plus gluten-free handmade dumplings said to be unique in Scotland. Alongside the dumplings there are noodle dishes and sharing plates such as Hot & Sour Soup Wontons, Soba Noodle Salad and Zhajiangmian.
