Man Down - Helston

Man Down - Helston is a free, informal talking group meeting designed to reduce male suicide and mental health stigma.

This supportive group provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for men to discuss their emotions and mental health. Meetings are facilitated by volunteers who are not psychological professionals. Attendees are encouraged to speak if they wish, but participation is entirely optional. Tea, coffee, and water are provided at the venue.
