Stargazing Weekend with Scotland’s Top Astronomer Steve Owens

A two-night stargazing break at the Selkirk Arms Hotel with astronomer Steve Owens, including talks, a planetarium visit and dark-sky beach stargazing.

This residential weekend runs from Friday afternoon to Sunday lunchtime and combines talks on the night sky with trips to Kirkcudbright's Dark Space Planetarium and the Galloway Dark Sky Park. Astronomer Steve Owens of the Glasgow Science Centre leads the programme, which also includes an outing to a nearby beach for stargazing. The package covers two nights' dinner, bed and breakfast.
