Finding the Shape: Form and Structure in Audio Making

A one-day workshop led by Eleanor McDowall and Bev Lee Harling focusing on the structure and form of audio pieces.

This workshop explores how to think about form, structure, and narrative in audio, covering everything from underlying architecture to the rhythm of individual scenes. Participants will learn how structure can be crafted during planning and development, and will also explore creative ways to move beyond conventional narrative forms. The day concludes with a peer-to-peer clinic where participants share challenges and seek creative solutions.
