Creative Healing Experience

An evening of guided meditation, oil pastel art and group Reiki at a Stafford wellness studio.

This wellbeing evening opens with a guided meditation, followed by a creative workshop in which participants draw a vibrant poppy using oil pastels — no artistic skill required. After refreshments, the session closes with a group Reiki practice. The event lasts two and a half hours and is limited to 10 participants.
