Dance in the Dark

Sonrisa Arts' multi-sensory dance show for ages 3+ and families, a night-time adventure with contemporary dance, live music and audience interaction.

Dance in the Dark is a multi-sensory dance and music show by Sonrisa Arts, co-created with children and families, aimed at ages 3+ and their grown-ups. Audience members come in pyjamas for a slumber-party setting with a giant sleepover den, then join a playful night-time adventure exploring shadows, night-time sounds, wind and rain, and friendly nocturnal creatures such as slugs, moths and fireflies. The inclusive, humorous show combines contemporary dance, live music, immersive sound, scents and audience interaction, and is back on tour by popular demand.
