Meet Captain Townsley from WW1

A family museum session at Bourne Hall where children meet a WW1 captain, hear his war stories and handle real equipment and uniform.

A children's event at Bourne Hall built around a costumed First World War captain. Visitors listen to the Captain's tales of the war, get the chance to handle real equipment and uniform, and take part in a drill. The session runs for 90 minutes and is part of Bourne Hall's museum programme for families.
