Recreational Gymnastics: Ages 4–5

Children aged 4–5 develop recreational gymnastics skills through floor, vault, bars, beam and tumbling.

The autumn recreational programme offers hour-long classes for the 4–5 age group. Training covers the five gymnastics disciplines with progressive exercises for strength, balance and confidence.
