About

A steam-hauled evening journey through illuminated countryside, with changing-colour onboard lights, eight global celebration displays, narration, music and a break at Holt.

The 2026 Around the World presentation includes displays inspired by international celebrations. A party soundtrack is used on 14–29 November and 29 December–3 January; the return journey has a festive soundtrack 3–28 December. The experience lasts around 1 hour 45 minutes. Departure times vary by date; check the operator’s booking information before planning. Under-threes travel free without a seat; children under eight may find the format unsuitable.
