About

A bookable family visit combines a letter to Santa, reindeer learning, the wishing tree and craft activities.

The museum says each Santa-and-craft visit takes about 20 minutes and includes a gift. The published event window is 11:00–16:30; individual appointment times are not given in the museum detail text.
