An Introduction to Zero Balancing Bodywork
About
A four-day Zero Balancing bodywork workshop in East Devon teaching hands-on skills for working with skeletal energy, counting towards practitioner certification.
Richard Walters leads a Core 1 or 2 Zero Balancing workshop running from 5th to 8th November 2026 at Hunger Hill Retreat in Newton Poppleford. Zero Balancing is a clothed, non-invasive form of bodywork that uses held stretches and pressure at key bony areas to work with skeletal energy, aiming to bring deep relaxation and a sense of internal harmony. Over the four days participants learn to feel and balance skeletal energy, work with structural complaints such as back and neck pain, and maintain clear energetic boundaries, with a balance of theory and practical sessions. The workshop counts towards becoming a Certified Zero Balancing Practitioner (ZB1 or ZB2).
