Explore sake maturation and blending with Kenbishi’s Shirakashi Masataka, taste five sakes and create a small blend to take home.

This separately booked BSA Grand Tasting session is presented in Japanese with English translation. Guests compare five Kenbishi sakes served in different ways, then blend up to180ml from base sake and receive an original o-choko. General admission must also be purchased.
