Women in the Food Industry hosts The Best of the Midlands, a half-day gathering bringing together culinary arts students, educators, chefs and women working across the region's food and hospitality sector. The programme features panel discussions with chefs, educators and industry voices, including award-winning chef Ash Valenzuela-Heeger of Riverine Rabbit and culinary lead Ellen Rafiqui of FareShare Midlands. Attendees can explore career paths, share ideas and build connections, with lunch included during the four-hour session.
