SPARK - The Apprenticeship Marketplace

SPARK is a matchmaking event that connects future degree apprentices with employers through speed interviews to help candidates showcase their skills.

This dynamic event is a unique speed-pitching opportunity that brings employers and potential apprentices together for meaningful one-to-one conversations. Employers can meet talented candidates face-to-face to assess their skills and personality, rather than relying solely on applications. For applicants, it is a chance to pitch their skills and ambitions directly to employers and find out more about potential apprenticeship opportunities.
