Life Is Sound hosts a 90-minute sound relaxation session inside Manchester Cathedral, using crystal bowls, handpans and other instruments to create an immersive, calming soundscape. Doors open at 6:30pm and close at 7:10pm, with the sound relaxation beginning at 7:15pm. The event is open to ages 12 and over.
