Session 5: Food & Wine Matching

A Tanners Wine School evening session exploring food and wine matching through guided tastings and mini food pairings.

This two-hour Wine School session looks at how the right wine can transform a dish, covering classic pairings as well as more surprising combinations. Through a selection of wines and carefully chosen mini food pairings, participants learn how flavours, textures and acidity interact, building confidence to make better matches at home. The session is hosted by Erica Littley at the Shrewsbury Cellars Shop.
