About
A three-hour introductory BMX course at Redbridge Cycling Centre teaching competent cyclists the basic techniques to ride the BMX track safely.
This course is aimed at competent cyclists who want to try BMX and covers the basic techniques needed to ride the BMX track safely. Participants must already be able to cycle standing up on the pedals out of the saddle. The session lasts three hours, and the price includes use of a BMX racing bike and a full-face helmet.
