Olivia da Costa, founder of British perfume house Olfactive O, hosts a Sniff & Sip Scent Salon at Honey & Co Studio alongside the venue's wine expert. Guests work through a series of perfume and wine pairings to discover how scent changes what they taste, while exploring perfumery ingredients from natural extracts to aroma molecules. The session also looks at how smell unlocks memories and emotions, and no prior expertise is required.
