Autumn half-term potato crafts with Peggy at Fantasy Farm Park, using potatoes picked from the farm's own Potato Patch.
As part of Fantasy Farm Park's Halloween half-term programme marking the Welsh tradition of Potato Picking Week, Peggy leads craft activities on 29th and 30th October using potatoes picked from the farm's Potato Patch. The page recalls how schoolchildren in Wales once laboured in the potato harvest by hand before machinery. The crafts days are followed on 31st October by Halloween celebrations with children's entertainer Mr Jon Jon, where fancy dress is welcome.
