About
Singer-pianist Jessa Liversidge performs Carole King's Tapestry alongside original settings of her sister Andrea's poems.
Jessa Liversidge performs songs from Carole King's 1971 album Tapestry, including 'You've Got A Friend', 'So Far Away' and 'Will You Love Me Tomorrow', interspersed with original musical settings of poems by her sister Andrea, a published poet. She accompanies herself on piano and uses live looping to build layered harmonies. The show explores themes of family, love and loss, framed by the story of the two sisters born in Dundee in 1971 who followed very different paths.
