Each session begins with a group storytelling, followed by a meeting and photo with Father Christmas; each child receives a traditional gift. One accompanying adult per child is allowed. Sessions must be booked in advance and arrivals are requested 15 minutes early. Tickets cost £15 per child for non-members or £12 for members; non-members also need palace admission.
