Yoga + Create - Yoga and Petal Pumpkin Workshop

An evening of vinyasa yoga followed by a mindful floral pumpkin-decorating workshop at Topsham Brewery & Taproom.

This two-hour session begins with an hour of feel-good vinyasa flow yoga led by Phoebe Davey, followed by a creative workshop with Blank Canvas where participants decorate pumpkins using pressed dried flowers and acrylic paints rather than carving. All materials, including yoga mats, are provided, and no experience is needed. Attendees can come alone or with friends and work at their own pace in a relaxed, mindful setting.
