Women's Circle with Cobi

A monthly women's circle at The Sylvan Healing Centre offering guided practices, shared reflection and supportive conversation.

Feel Good Yoga with Cobi hosts a monthly Women's Circle gathering on Sunday evenings, running two and a half hours from 17:00 to 19:30. Each session is built around a unique theme exploring wellbeing and womanhood, combining shared reflection, guided practices and authentic expression. The circle is held by agreed principles including confidentiality, non-judgement and listening without offering advice, and is open to women aged 18 and over who can attend one or all gatherings.
