Family Dance Sessions (Term time only)

Weekly term-time dance session for young children and their parents or carers, supporting physical development and family bonding.

CEF Lyncx runs a family dance session every Thursday morning during term time at the Greenhut at Brixton Windmill Gardens. The hour-long session uses dance to help children build motor skills, balance, coordination and spatial awareness, while giving parents a fun way to get active. It is aimed at families with children aged 0-5 and encourages healthy bonding and communication between child and parent.
