An overnight ghost hunt at the historic Dean Bank Institute in Ferryhill, using paranormal investigation equipment to explore reported hauntings.
Kindred Spirit Investigations hosts an overnight paranormal investigation at Dean Bank Institute, a former miners' community building in Ferryhill with a reputation for reported ghostly activity, including an apparition of a young boy, unexplained footsteps and disembodied voices. Guests take part in vigils and experiments using traditional and modern paranormal equipment, with guidance from experienced investigators and no more than ten guests per investigator. The five-hour event runs from 9pm to 2am, includes hot drinks and snacks, and is open to beginners and seasoned investigators aged 16 and over.
