About
Veteran Scottish stand-up Fred MacAulay performs his updated show Good Evening! on his 2026 UK tour.
Fred MacAulay presents Good Evening!, his 2025 show repackaged and updated for 2026 after he had to cancel his 2025 Edinburgh Fringe shows and Autumn Tour, 'Fred MacAulay: No podcast'. The show draws on his recovery from a freak accident and an unrelated prostate cancer diagnosis, alongside observations on family life, grandchildren and his long radio and television career. Now in his fourth decade as a comedian, he remains best known as a stand-up and as a guest on Radio 4's News Quiz for almost 18 years.
