Durham Miners Association Brass Band

The Durham Miners Association Brass Band plays a set at the museum's Redman Park Bandstand in The 1900s Town, bringing the sounds of a traditional band to an Edwardian setting. The bandstand itself was collected by the museum in 1975 and re-erected on site, having once stood on an island in Saltwell Park lake. The performance runs from 11am to 1pm and is included with a valid Unlimited Pass.
