Wine Unearthed's World of Wine day is a full-day tasting hosted by an expert sommelier at the Midland Hotel, running 11am to 4pm. Guests taste 14 wines and learn about wine tasting, food and wine matching and how to spot a corked wine, in a relaxed format aimed at everyone from beginners to enthusiasts. Attendees take home a 'World of Wine' or 'Vine to Wine' reference notebook plus their own tasting notebook.
