Soy Candle Making Workshop

A hands-on soy candle making workshop at Glenavon Farm where participants learn about fragrance and blend their own bespoke candle.

Hosted by expert candle maker Diane Dettering at Flourish, Glenavon Farm, this two-hour workshop introduces the basics of candle making, including how our sense of smell works and how fragrance affects mood and emotions. Participants choose from more than 20 fragrance oils to blend a bespoke scent and make two 40+ hour soy candles. All materials, blending equipment and glassware are provided, and finished candles can be collected the following day or taken home after about an hour.
