A hybrid discussion examines how national courts, ad hoc tribunals and the International Criminal Court prosecute powerful leaders for war crimes, human rights abuses and corruption.
The programme considers the doctrine of subsidiarity, amnesties, international tribunals and current threats to the International Criminal Court, followed by questions and post-talk networking.
