Celebrity Woodwind and Brass Masterclass 2027

Celebrated oboist Melanie Ragge leads an afternoon masterclass for talented woodwind and brass players from the Sutton Music Festival.

The next in Sutton Music Festival's series of celebrity masterclasses is for wind and brass instruments and will be led by oboist Melanie Ragge. It offers talented woodwind and brass players from this year's festival the chance to receive expert coaching in an afternoon session at Homefield Preparatory School. Melanie performs internationally as a recitalist, chamber musician and orchestral player, teaches at the Royal Academy and the Purcell School, and coaches for Cambridge University. The masterclass series began in 2015 and is now funded by Tony Kerslake MBE.
